They came in good condition and were comfortable. Wore them for the wedding and reception and they never hurt my feet. Looked real good with the uniform also. The shoes are hard and firm to walk in and will require time to get them usable for more than a few hours. The insoles do not have any cushion like GEL. I wore the shoes for a ceremony where I had to stand most of the time. By the end of the ceremony my feet were in pain. The shoes look good.

I thought the shoes might be damaged or returned previously; however, the shoes themselves appear in excellent condition (possible the wrong size for the previous receipient) and they fit me well.
