I picked up this rotary hammer drill bit set when working on some heavy-duty concrete projects around my home, including drilling through high-strength concrete for deck ties and anchor screws. After struggling (and overheating) with a standard corded drill (laughable, I know), switching to a rotary hammer with these bits was a game-changer. The 1/2" and 5/8" bits drilled through concrete like butter—smooth, fast, and precise. While I testament to the rotary hammer, the point is to acknowledge these bits repeatedly stood up to high strength concrete! The set also includes chisels, which I’ve used on the hammer-only setting, and they’ve performed just as well. The bit lengths were perfect for reaching through outer boards (e.g., ledger board) and getting deep into concrete. Similarly, they allowed for adequate retrofit placement of rebar and concrete footers when I needed to set rebar for a retaining wall. I’m not a contractor, just a serious DIYer, and this set has delivered exactly what I needed—strength, durability, and versatility. The included carrying case is a nice touch, keeping everything organized and ready to go. For the price, this is an excellent value. I’d absolutely buy from this brand again.

Good, sturdy hammer drills. I used them to drill 2-1/4” deep holes in my concrete basement wall, for concrete screws. I didn’t count, but I’d guess 20 to 30 holes for each bit before I switched to a new one. They work much better in a heavy duty, corded hammer drill, compared to my cordless Dewalt hammer drill. Be sure to wear a mask so you don’t inhale concrete dust, particularly if you blow out the holes before putting in the screws, which is recommended.

This set works well with any SDS Plus rotary hammer drill. I'm using a Makita tool here on this project. The bits fit nicely into the drill and functioned well. I used the two flat bits for removing old brick on the front of those house. It took about hours of work and the bits still look great.

It's a Bosch product so the quality is there. I was trying to do the job with just a DeWalt 18 volt hammer drill. Yes, that was a mistake. Ordered these, got them in a day, put it in my Bosch Hammer Drill and completed the task in about 15 minutes from start to finish. The bit went through the concrete like a hot knife through butter.
