For the time I used these bindings, they are capable of doing their job, but there are flaws that made me return these when I could. The following are the bad parts with the worst listed first: 1. The ratchet systems do not tighten down enough and start slipping Sure they would hold my boots well but when wanting to really tighten the straps down to make sure my feet are secure in the bindings, the ratchets quickly reach a point where they refuse to tighten down any further and keep slipping. This is most noticeable on the toe strap and the main reason I returned the bindings. 2. The heelcups stick fairly far off the side of the board The board I currently use is even a wide board and still the heelcups stick fairly far off the side. This made skating a challenge as my boot would keep clipping on the back of it while pushing. 3. non adjustable footbed length I'm not an expert on this but I'm pretty sure it's important to keep equal overhang between heel and toe side of the binding. Bought these rossi bindings for my new board. On the second run down the mountain they broke. I only got to use them once. This product is absolute garbage and no one should buy these! I thought rossignol was a trustable brand for snowboarding but after these i wont get another rossignol product after seeing how well these were made! If i could give them 0 stars i would!
