I'm a school teacher and I'm using these ornaments as the basis for my student's family gifts for Christmas. I was able to get a lot of balls for a very reasonable price- which is extremely important as everything I buy for my classroom comes out of my pocket. When I first received my order I noticed there was a discrepancy in the amount of product I received from what I had purchased. The company was very receptive to my concern and sent more than an ample amount of pieces as compensation. I am very happy with this purchase! Two of the 12 bulbs were damaged. One the hook was broken so I couldnt use it all together and one had paint missing, so there was a big black spot on the red bulb. I just wanted to get my decorating done, so i used he rest and did not return, but if i had gotten them earlier, I would have returned them.

Worst ornaments ever! I had to get a replacement order as the 1st order arrived and most of the bulbs has dents in them and are poorly made. The replacement order arrived and are even worse. I could only display a few from each box. Don't buy these!!
