I received these balloons in a zippered plastic bag with a roll of sticky glue "dots," a small roll of curling ribbon, and an "arch." The "arch" is basically just a plastic strip with precut slits to attach the balloons and you can cut and shape it any way you would like, then hold it in place with the sticky glue "dots." The two "heart" balloons are made from the same material as all of the other balloons -- a latex material. They are not Mylar as I was expecting. Some of these latex balloons are pearlized and some are not. There are only two larger balloons which contain metallic confetti inside. TIP: After blowing up these "confetti" balloons, rub them on your clothing or a carpet or rug to create static so that the metallic confetti pieces adhere to the inside sides of the balloon. I would not exactly say that these are "Rose Gold" -- there's quite a few orangish colored balloons included, but you get a LOT of balloons and I still think the colors will work together. The brown-colored balloons are somewhat close to Rose Gold and are pearlized. The pink balloons are just pink and are not pearlized. There are three balloon sizes: 5", 12" and 18". Overall, it's a nice set for an upcoming birthday party I have planned. It is currently on sale for $9.99 (normally $13.99) in February 2024, which is a good value. Finally, I recommend some sort of balloon pump or air compressor to blow all of these up as there are a LOT of balloons! If you must blow them up manually, they are easy to blow up, but you may want to get help from a friend or two and take breaks when doing so!

The set was not exactly as advertised. There were no confetti balloons included. The heart shaped balloons all popped during inflation. Otherwise it was cute. Glad I didn't pay full price.

😏PROS- Fast shipping, Beautiful Bright Colors! 😒CONS- You do not get what is shown!! I had to go buy additional balloons from the party store and it still did not make the full garland as shown in the product photo! 🚫None of the flowers came with this set and only 1 Large balloon. I still made it work, but was highly disappointed as I was expecting what was shown for the price I paid!!! This is so not kool, because I was out in a spot where I use it or have nothing, can’t use it with enough notice to have it replaced and because I used it, I can get a refund not reasonable “fix”… shame on y’all for this! 😩
