Delivery was fantastic - only 2 days. Have not tested it yet but am impressed with the sturdiness and the concept.

Bought this about a year ago and just used it for the first time. Was working good till it didn't. Puller completely failed at the worst time. Don't waste money on this. I got lucky, you might not. Spend the extra money on a more reliable unit

It's heavy duty and the rope is very strong. This puller is made well.

Pros: • Heavy-duty 3/4 ton capacity is above and beyond standard units. • Includes 100 feet of thick, high-strength polyester rope for long-range tasks • Smooth-operating ratchet wheel and double-lock safety gear ensure reliable use • Durable construction with galvanized steel components for weather resistance Cons: • Corded rope design requires space and care when coiling for transport and storage • Not as compact as traditional cable come-alongs for small-scale jobs Summary: This 3/4 ton rope puller is a well-built and highly effective tool for anyone needing serious pulling power. The 100-foot rope provides extended range, and the double-locking gear keeps the load secure. It operates smoothly and safely, with a quality ratcheting mechanism and strong construction throughout. This is especially handy for rural property owners or those regularly working in the field. The build and materials hold up to tough outdoor use and rough handling. This rope come-along is far more bulky than its lighter duty cousins so if your not needing its full capabilities it may be wiser to go for something lighter. Final Thoughts: If you're tackling bigger jobs, this rope puller is an excellent alternative to traditional come-alongs. The ability to pull as far as your rope allows is a huge advantage, and the design makes it easy to use, even for a solo operator. The construction feels solid, and the safety features inspire confidence during use. Overall, this tool is a great investment for DIYers, homesteaders, and outdoor workers looking for strength, reach, and reliability. I'm really happy with this rope puller / come-along. I ordered it to assist with taking down a tree that was uncomfortably close to my house, and it worked great. I used this to put some tension on the tree, in the direction that I wanted it to fall, by anchoring it to another (larger) tree... and it worked like a charm. It seems to be well-made, sturdy, and durable. It was no worse for the wear after my tree felling job. I think it's a good value for the money - especially considering how much I saved by not needing to call a professional tree service crew. I'd buy it again. Recommended.
