Worked perfectly. The fit is tight to a 9/16 shaft, as it should be, so you'll need to clean and dress the shaft. I used a rag, some solvent, and then a file to knock of any burrs and smooth rough spots. Next you'll need to take a round file and clean out the bushing where the set screw comes in. I got a used Jet drill press and of course busted the table lift handle getting the beasty home. I shopped around and couldn’t find a Jet replacement for less than a car payment. During my search I found out that this Craftsman handle fits both drill presses. They are probably the same drill press, just re-branded. Anyway, it fits and works great.
