These skates are perfectly serviceable and come with a nice carrier bag, however, the picture is misleading. I thought I was purchasing plain black skates, but mine came with a plethora of old school skater grafitti designs on mine- which is fine in my case, however I would have liked to know that before purchasing (It's possible that the label of 'shiny' suggested designs, but that wasn't really made clear to me) . Mine also came smelling like cigarette smoke, so if you're sensitive to that sort of thing, please be careful. Otherwise, they seem pretty good.

Looks and feels great, but runs small. I'm a womens size 9, and had to return it for womens10 (mens 9). They offer 1/2 sizes and that could have worked if I was just skating in circles at a rink. But size 10 gives enough room to wiggle my toes. I skate along a canal for a few miles and I know my feet will swell, so the roomier fit will allow for that

I got these at very low price and did so because I didn't want to spend a lot of money and then give up on learning to skate (again). I like them. The material is a little thin so I got some padded socks specific fo skates to make up for the thinner faux leather. The tongue moves a little bit I can live with that as well once a week off and on for a couple hours.

They’re comfortable and the wheels are good. The wheels are a little more rubbery and arent made of that cheap plastic material so the skating is smooth.

Im size 11 with wide feet so i had to order size 12. Unfortunately the shoes i received must've been a size 12 in womens or something because theres not really any way to tell the size with what im seeing as well as they were very tight on my feet at first. But i wore them around and rode around for a minute and the leather seemed to stretch just enough for it to be a perfect fit!! I suggest they rename the sizes to be specific for if they are male or female next time because if it werent for the stretchy leather this would be a negative review.

To start with, this was one of the fastest packages I had ever received. My initial delivery date had said Sept. 30th-Oct. 22nd. These came in this past Friday-- a little over a week when I had requested them. Next, the skates were exactly as described and came with a wheel tool and a carrying bag. The skates are comfortable, ride well and look awesome! I am very pleased with them. The only thing I would say was that it was recommended to ourchase the skates a size larger than what you wear. Normally I wear an 8.5 and ordered a 9. There's a bit of room that leads me to believe that my original size would have been perfect. Nonetheless, I love these skates! Update: Had the skates for over a month and they are still great. The bag is not going to last though. It is fairly thin material that will fall apart.

I've been feeling nostalgic about roller skating and don't need expensive high end skates. I'm not doing any tricks or planning on getting bashed around in a roller derby! I just want to feel like a kid again with turquoise light up skates! And these are perfect. Not the best construction, but what I was expecting for the price point. The air holes are cut, but the fabric hasn't been punched out, and I suspect that they will scuff quite easily. I read a review that said replacing the wheels and bearings was worth it. But these worked perfectly fine for me! And I'm not too worried. If nothing else, they are nostalgic and stylish! And that is definitely why we're buying them.

I bought this for a young lass. Although I bought a size a little bigger, (for her to grow into), these are so cool to watch her use in the roller rink. It is easy to spot where she is at any moment, (because basically everyone else has wheels that don't light up), and look super cool. The skates seem to be made of suede or a suede like material, (honestly I am not sure), but I feel these will last a long time. These were recommended to me by a friend who goes roller skating a lot and liked these skates. I am a big fan too!
