So, just to get this out of the way immediately... The size that I got is for like I want to say the size of a 10 year old. I thought that the sizing was 2 to 5 years old but the two two five why actually stands for "YOUTH" not "years old." Okay, now that we've got that part out of the way let's talk about the quality. First the quality is actually surprisingly really good. Now the skates don't necessarily tighten up the way that I was expecting right off the bat but they do have kind of like this tensioned like tooth gear system on the top end and then on the bottom they have an adjustability for size and you press a button to extend or distend the length of the shoe. There's another soul underneath the cushioned insole and then they give you two inserts that you can use to basically cut to the size of your child's foot and put it inside of the chew to make it a lot more comfortable for them. The skates are really nice. They have a front stop but I didn't see a backstop and there's kind of this weird little mechanism where they've got this like stuff hanging from the bottom of the skates in the center and I'm not really sure how to feel about that but I'm sure has some sort of functionality to it that I'm just not privy to. They have a great look to them, they look unisex and they don't have any kind of weird smell and they come with one tool to help adjust the wheels or I guess take the wheels off and event that I need to replace them. They're easy to use I guess my only tiff with this entire thing is the fact that the two to five why was not for little little kids like a 4 year old but I found another pair because their smallest size here doesn't go for a 4-year-old because the minimum size I think is 10.8 in foot length. Eh, live and learn, right? Still, my older one was ecstatic to get these.

I've recently gotten back into roller skating myself, so my toddler has been wanting a pair as well. We were so excited for these to come in the mail only for mom to learn a hard lesson about how childrens shoe sizing works. When they tell you, "kids don't come with manuals" I think they should at least provide you with a pamphlet about how sizing works. It turns out "Y" stands for "youth" or something NOT years. So 2Y-5Y is actually far too big for an almost 3 year old. If you already knew this you're probably laughing at me. That didn't stop my kiddo from demanding to try these on though. They're pretty well made and the expandable shoe size thing is pretty cool, their little feet grow so fast its great value for your money to be able to get multiple sizes for the price of one pair of skates. There are laces, velcro straps and a ratcheting ankle strap to ensure a super snug and comfortable fit. They feel durable enough to put up with the wear and tear of a kid learning to skate and the wheels light up when they spin so it'll look super cool on the roller rink! I guess the show size we wanted was C (what the heck does the C stand for? Why not T??). Needless to say, we will be saving these until his feet grow a little larger and buying him the correct size skates in the interim! Now I just have to teach this kid to skate so we can start going to the roller rink for birthdays lol

My daughter absolutely loved these skates and was super excited when she realized the wheels light up. They fit her comfortably perfect and only complained when we asked her to take them off and come inside. These come in fun colors and the light up wheels add a cool flair to their zoomies. Priced well and come with reinforced ankle support.

There is adequate padding for comfort and protection. Especially the heel area. Very secure fit with laces, Velcro and a tightening latch. What’s unique about these skates are the entire system can be extended with a press of a button. This means it will grow with my daughter as the years come, increasing its lifespan effectively. The wheels also light up as they spin. The wheels have a truck system that allow it to flex allowing you to turn easily, just by leaning and also helps mitigate some vibration during use. The wheels have excellent grip and can work easily on different types of paving. There is an easy to grab pull loop to help put on the skates. There are many color options to choose from in this variant.

The media could not be loaded. We've had these roller-skates for a week now with daily use, and we are definitely big fans. They came nicely packaged with all the accessories needed to keep them working for a long while, including two sets of insoles to accommodate the different sizes, and a tool for switching around the wheels so they wear evenly. All 3 of my kiddos were able to wear them comfortably and the size adjustment worked perfectly for each of them to find a good fit (for reference, they are sizes 2, 3, and 4 in youth). I appreciated that the color was more "neutral" and able to be enjoyed by both my sons and my daughter. My kids had never roller-skated before, so there was a learning curve at first, but after a few days now they are all eager to strap on these skates each day and have had so much fun using them. So far they seem to be holding up great, with no wear or issues after daily use; all of the straps are strong and usable, and easy enough for each of my kids to get on themselves (after the initial learning curve). Switching the sizes around takes a little bit of time, but it's totally worth it to be able to use the skates for multiple kids (or for one child to be able to use them for years.) I would say that for that reason, these are totally worth the money (and my kids all agree too!) I love that these skates have given my kiddos the opportunity to try something that I myself loved as a child, and that it gets them outside to play and burn off some energy!
