As described and pictured. A very pretty color and wheels lights up nicely. Super comfortable and flexible around ankles while still providing support. My daughter can wear them laced up or laced down with the sides folded down for more flexibility. Would recommend. I followed the size chart and got size 9.5 women's. They were so big, felt like clown shoes. So I returned them and got size 9 and now they're a bit tight.
