I liked the fact I could still use my tonneau cover, the main reason I didn't have roll bars to begin with. Plus they are a nice looking set. Also more utilitarian than normal roll bars. Cons: instructions could be a lot better only 2 pages, felt like that it was a little pricey for what it was, and I needed to modify it to make it work (2024 Nissan frontier) even though it says it will fit up to a 2023. I figured that the ad hadn't been updated, since 2023 - 2024 didn't list no change in the bed. At 350 - 400$ it would have still gotten 5 stars. 512$ a little on the high side for a piece together China made product. 2nd review: after installing, the lack of instructions really made this job more difficult. Also getting the roll bars attached to base was a real pain... I built the roll bars without the base and the carrier, it was a lot easier to mount the base then reinstall the tonneau top, then mount the roll bars, then the carrier. Getting the bolts that mount the roll bars to the base started, proved to be extremely challenging, especially since one of the welded nuts in the roll bars apparently had burred threads! And I could go on with all the crap I had to deal with during installation. So due to the crappy installation directions and other issues... I'm going to have to drop the ratings to 2-1/2 stars tops!! ... show more
