Description

A blend of gourmet sugars, cocoa and a hint of vanilla. Perfect on chocolate martinis, coffee, or cocoa. 5ounce resealable metallic package. Each package will rim approx. 50 drinks. To use: place about 3 tablespoons of chocolate martini sugar on a flat plate. Run simple syrup or honey around the rim of a cocktail glass then dip the moistened rim into the sugar and rotate the glass until evenly coated.

I'm a cocktail hound so when a friend of mine and I decided to delve into dessert cocktails, I thought that this would be fun to add some pizzazz to the glasses. I was disappointed to find that the majority of the mix consists of finely ground chocolate sugar that resembles hot chocolate. I would say that 95% of the mix is a fine consistency and the other 5% is slightly chunkier chocolate sugar crystal that I was hoping it had more of. I will still use it but I don't plan on purchasing this specific brand again for that reason. The price was reasonable I suppose, so I'm not that disappointed. ... show more
