Great slates! Nicely uniform in size, unlike some I've purchased elsewhere. Arrived with zero broken, also unlike some I've purchased elsewhere! The slate coasters came and weren’t destroyed! They are well packaged (2 coasters together and in bubble wrap) and the packaging material in the box was adequate, would have liked to see a little more in there. The thicknesses were consistent and thicker than expected, probably twice the thickness of coasters you could get from hobby lobby. These coasters are more of a “natural” look cut, you can see a bunch of layers and the roughness of the edges are pleasing to the eye. There was some coasters that pieces were cracked off the corners and the layers but it still has plenty of working area but it was slightly disappointing but it’s the nature of the beast working with slate. That most likely happened in transit. Overall, I am happy with the coasters! Out of the 72, I can use all 72! Just slightly disappointed by packing material (USPS probably didn’t help) and the cracking/flaking off of some slate in transit. I was on the fence with these but I’m very happy I got them!

Super value and very nicely made. These were better quality than some sets of 4 and 6 that I bought. Great value and these engrave so nicely. And, they have 4 nice rubber feet on the bottoms to keep from scratching your table that are very securely adhered. I would recommend this.
