Really frustrating with this purchase I have my order place when I OPEN my case 7 out 8 lights where cracked I’m trying to get repair and they tall me I have to pay for shipping which is unfair not happy with this product

The media could not be loaded. I received product which came properly packaged for shipping. The charging case has no damage, (will post pictures of case), but when I opened the case all 8 lights were cracked/damage, which was so disappointing. It is as if the lights weren’t even inspected before being placed into the charging case. ... show more
