Bought these leather sneakers to wear on a recent cruise and I couldn’t be happier. I was looking for something that was leather, well cushioned footbed and that the leather wasn’t so stiff. I love Rockport shoes so I decided to try these and glad I did. My feet are on the narrow side plus per my podiatrist I don’t have enough padding on the balls if my feet so I need to wear shoes with great cushioning. These fit the bill and with all of the walking I did while on the cruise my feet never hurt nor did my hip from a 5 month old hip replacement. I tried the Veja brand and it was like walking on cement so it was a no go. The only thing I didn’t like about the Rockport shoes was that I couldn’t get the shoelaces tight enough so it would hold my foot more securely and the shoe kept loosening up. Mild annoyance but not a problem. The leather is smooth, love the style, it seems as if there is a bit more height in the heel which helps to keep your body in alignment and easier on your feet. Overall I do love the shoes and looking to purchase another pair. Fit true to size and width for me plus great arch support. The underside of the leather and around the ankles is cushioned and comfortable. I do recommend this brand and style. ... show more

Love these sneakers. I'm very particular about the fit of my sneakers; these are so comfortable. There was really no breaking in period. They look great with wide leg or skinny jeans. After many failures purchasing black shoes for work walking on concrete floors in a factory, I tried these and am amazed! I have flat feet with bunions. I went with 10W and they are perfect! I can wear these all day and my feet are fine. I'm saving up to get the white pair next!

I needed these shoes for a business meeting and they were taken straight to the box to my feet and were incredibly comfortable. The fit is true to size and the overall support and padding of the shoe made them enjoyable to wear. Would definitely purchase again in a different color!

I have really bad bunions, so I always pop a stretcher in just the toe box of all new shoes to get extra space. Short overnight stretching session for insurance, then wore these all day.
