These shoes fit me perfectly right out of the box! No need for a break in period. Very light weight. I only use these shoes for certain occasions, so I'm not worried about how long they'll last. Good value for the money in my estimation.

Perfect x-wide fit both front and in the heel area. I will wear this shoe as both as dress and casual shoe. I just threw out a 25-year-old Rockport slip-on dress shoe. The sole started to disintegrate after 25 years of wear. I hope long lasting wearability is still a Rockport selling point.

After a month of use I came with the conclusion of this is a regular shoe, but they try to sell it as special… that being said, quality is really great, it totally looks good but yeah definitely after couple hours at work it feels like a normal one not make for people with plantar fasciitis the insole are terrible quality so I have to order those external because are extremely thin so basically zero cushion. Rockport has been my go to shoe for decades whether it be as an everyday dress casual work shoe for a lot of walking or a lightweight, comfortable waterproof dress shoe that needs no breaking in. They also carry their shoes in wider sizes which is great so as to buy your exact size versus a larger size just to get the width.
