But the luggage is great. Box looked like it had been to Mars and back, Spinner inside was fine. Rolls well, zips with ease, compresses without fracturing. As others note with this brand little tags of protection film get stuck in seams. Not a big deal. Fit and finish on case is good. Will have to see how it stand up to baggage folks. I remember in '84 landing in China and standing outside a wall marked "baggage claim". Someone shouted and then luggage started flying over that 6 foot wall and landing on concrete. If experiece serves me well that happens world wide but is now hidden from view. Perhaps this luggage will stand up to it. Of course you cannot expect miracles. The luggage is light weight & colorful. The wheels roll well. The only disappointment so far is the protective film on each piece. It was very difficult to peel off. Especially around the handles, wheels & seams. Good luck peeling. I would have given the set 5 stars except for that. I’m hoping what I couldn’t get off will eventually wear off. ... show more

I just bought 3 of these little "rollers", as you can see! Pink and blue for my 7 and 10 year old granddaughters and the beige for myself. I absolutely LOVE them, however...here comes my "rant"! They came in a plastic bag that was secured in a taped up box which I thought was very good protection, uh, not so much! There is a stupid, and I mean STUPID "plastic protective film" on them that literally took me over 20 minutes EACH to peel off! Sure, there's a corner at the top front that says, Peel here, or something like that, but as you're peeling it, matter how slow or careful you are, it tears comes off in smaller pieces which makes it FRUSTRATING and RIDICULOUS! I always read reviews before I purchase here and I did read a few about the plastic film but I thought maybe people were exaggerating, but, no, I was wrong and I AGREE!! All-in-all, I still love these little rollers and I know my granddaughters will as well!! ... show more
