This is the first set of luggage that I've owned with a zipper instead of a hard-shell case with a snap-down latch. Thought I'd try it. There is definitely lots of space in these things and they roll SO SMOOTHLY!!! I gotta give them that. But the outer shell is quite flexible so there is the chance that more fragile packed things could get damaged if you don't pad them right, and none of the zippers seem very strong to me. I am planning to return to the clamp-style. No more zippered cases for me. The other thing is that these come with little combination luggage locks that are completely worthless!!!! Weak locks, not TSA-friendly, and they don't always set right when you try to change the combination. Worthless. Anyway, loved the colors and the great rolly-wheels... but that's about it. :)

We have use this roomy carry on for multiple domestic destinations. We checked this in and it came out just fine, no scratches at all. Love the color which is very easy to recognize. We can put plenty of clothing and shoes for a week of casual trips. I just bought & received a three piece set of 20/24/28 in Blue. Highly recommended if you like a good quality luggages in a much inexpensive cost then this is for you’

This is my third purchase of this exact suitcase. I use it as a carry-on, and I fly over 100K miles a year. The first one lasted beautifully for 5 years - sturdy wheels and good handle. (They made it a bit sturdier the a few years ago). The one I bought last year just now gave up - the handle isn't made as well, and it stuck in the open position. A few months ago the little decorative wheel covers flew off one by one. Time to replace it. HOWEVER - it did hold up to a year of heavy travel. I roll it on sidewalks, in the street, down into the subway in NYC, and of course through a lot of airports. I love that it is so lightweight - makes it easier to sling up into the overhead bins. Also love that it rolls sideways and spins easily. It's the perfect size for clothes for a week of travel. There is an 8 year warranty - but the fine print reads that you have to pay to send it back AND pay a $40 service fee, so it's a pointless warranty for a $50 suitcase. I decided $50 is a decent price to pay to use this suitcase every month for a year. I like it enough that I'll just keep buying one each year until Briggs and Riley comes up with a comparably light model at a more reasonable price ;-)

Very nice set for amount of money spent. Expands on each piece to allow extra room. Comes with locking zipper pieces for each item. Seems very sturdy. Wheels seem to function great. Im buying another set for grandson at this price

Get this luggage set! I went to TJ maxx and several other stores and one 20” roller case was $50-60 alone, and you get this 3 piece set for $70, or at least I did when it was one sale. Super durable, rolls like buttah, looks sleek and the handles are like a rose gold color, cute! The cases nest inside of each other when not in use, and fit into any small closet. I’ve had Rockland brand luggage in the past and it never disappoints.

We bought the 20" version of this bag about 18 months ago and traveled with it multiple times since without a problem. Before traveling to Alaska for three weeks, we decided to replace our old 28" bags with the 28" version of this brand, since we liked the smaller version so much. We bought two sets and packed both to be well under the 50-lb limit set by the airlines. The wheel broke off my husband's bag as we wheeled it into the hotel on the first night of our trip. The first wheel on my 28" bag broke off on the 10th day of our travels, and a second wheel on my 28" bag was missing when we got to the airport for our final leg home. We left home with a total of 8 wheels between the two bags. We made it home with 5. Not great odds. I admit that we were on and off multiple planes, trains, and buses during our journey, but that's what travel often is and that's what your luggage is supposed to survive. According to the manufacturer, this luggage is, "...made of ABS. The major benefits of this material - it is extremely lightweight, it is durable, and protects the contents of your luggage." I would suggest that unless you're packing to do a driving trip that doesn't involve anyone else handling your luggage, pick a different brand. Their five-year warranty doesn't cover "damage by the common carrier" making this stuff worthless for anyone traveling on commercial carriers...which is most of us.

The media could not be loaded. Looks like good luggage set. Three good sizes. Wheels spin nicely. Has pockets and sizpper pockets in each one. I thought the one I bought was more black and brownish but it's orange. Haven't went a trip yet, so not sure how it's going to hold up but seems well made

This is my second purchase of this carryon. It has gone all over the world with me as both a carryon and checked luggage and held up beautifully for 7 years until the rubber on one of the wheels wore off, making it difficult to pull. It has plenty of room and storage spaces for several days of travel, and it moves smoothly across airport floors and pavements. Fits perfectly overhead. For the price (esp when purchased on sale) it really can’t be beat.
