These boots were exactly what I was looking for! I love skinny jeans in the fall and wanted a slouchy every day boot to wear with them and I came across these here on Amazon and had to get them. When I took them out of the box, I was pleased to discover they are a little lighter in color than the picture. The heel size is perfect, they're so comfortable and stylish and easy to put on - I've gotten tons of compliments already. Literally, you just slip your foot right into them - there's no struggle to get them on. It has a soft fabric-type interior which feels good on my feet. I can wear these all day and they remain comfortable! And for the price, this is a great staple for my fall wardrobe. I really love them!

These are my first pair of "western" ankle boots, which I ordered and kept because they are comfortable and stylish with jeans, skirts, and even dresses. They're true to size but if you are between sizes, I recommend with sizing up than going down a size.

I love these boots, BUT the color is not even close to the picture. They are more gray than brown, kind of a dusty taupe. So if you want a true brown, these aren't that. And they are more rustic looking than dressy. The synthetic 'leather' is sueded, but very thin. So the material looks worn right out of the box. I like the look, even though it isn't what I was expecting. I used their measurement sizing and they fit me perfect. They are a little tight across the top of my foot with socks on, but I think that they will stretch over time. They are very comfortable and the price was good, so I am keeping them.

Omg, first off, these were packaged amazeballs. Cardboard and stiff stuffing inside toe and calf kept the boots in great shape. I just this last minute got this delivery. It was free overnight. Woke up this morning and it was already here. Unpacked them and hesitantly put them on. Again, omg, I was doing the happy dance. I have wider feet and normally wear a 10 wide. Because these didn't have a zipper, and didn't come in wide, I purchased the 11. It fits perfectly!! So glad I went up a whole size. I perform shows and festivals, and was looking to add to my shorty boots collection. These are SOOOOOO comfortable, and look stunning, if they had other colors I'd be buying even more. I even looked just now cause if they had had black or dark brown I'd have bought another pair right now!!! Oh, and also, this pair has some kind of non slip soul. Wow!! Really awesome for my safety!! So, overall, I'm so very happy and excited to wear these for a show tomorrow night. I got a gift certificate for Christmas and was thinking what should I buy? Another Ukulele?? But when I saw these boots I was like, no, get these, then... get an Ukulele to match them!! Yeah, it's an obsession!!!!

I always like reviews with several pics and detailed info when I'm shoe shopping. I ordered a 9.5 but normally wear a 9 and should have ordered the 9. I was going to return and get a 9 but they were sold out. I got some thicker socks & they fit just fine now. They have a rubber heel so they don't make a bunch of noise and are very comfortable. The arch is moderate and they're about a medium width. The color is as described and looks great with leggings, jeans, dress, or shorts. The top of the boot hits about mid calf and is wider than I would prefer but allows it to fit more people with larger calves. The first day I wore these I was on my feet and gone all day and after 15 hours of wear my back & feet didn't hurt anymore than they do with tennis shoes. Unfortunately I had to walk through a super wet area with red mud and it got all over the sides of my boots, and I was worried they'd be ruined. I took a baby wipe and wiped all the mud off and once they dried you couldn't tell so they clean up easily too. Overall I'm very happy with these boots and think they would fit a wide range of people with various widths of foot and calf sizes.

These are super cute and very comfortable. Rocket Dog is a great company. I ordered these shoes a couple weeks back to wear to a concert on April 5th. I wore them with blue denim flare jeans. When I got home and looked at the shoes I was extremely disappointed in the quality as now some areas are black instead of tan. Seems like these work best with shorts or skinny jeans. Seems like i wasted some money😕

After reading reviews my biggest question when ordering was what size to get. I'm usually always a size 9 and if that doesn't fit then I usually need to go down to a size 8.5. On these boots Amazon recommended me to order size 9.5 but I decided to go with a size 9 instead. They fit fine but are slightly tight in the toe and the part that goes around my heel feels very hard. If I put my weight on my toes I can still move my heel up and down in the shoe. I think if I wanted to wear them with socks I'd need a size 9.5 but I was planning to wear them with tights so I think the size 9 will be fine. I was pleasantly surprised that the black is a nice, saturated black and isn't faded looking. I don't do heels and I find that part of the boots comfortable and I like that they don't sound clomp-y when I walk.
