Luego escaneo la app y todo muy bien, el funcionamiento es excelente, tengo varios gatos en casa y definitivamente era lo que necesitaba porque las escobas convencionales no atrapan todo eso pelo de mascotas, la doble función es genial, en cada área que la uso primero hago que sea solo aspirar en seco, luego lleno el tanque de agua con unas gotitas de desinfectante de pisos y ufff amé el resultado porque no deja empapado, sólo ligeramente húmedo y se seca rápido. Recién la tengo dos días, soy usuaria super nueva, espero siga funcionando bien de largo. No pongo 5 estrellas por las instrucciones iniciales y falta de información para comprar repuestos de filtros que ahora estoy buscando para comprar con tiempo y cambiar frecuentemente. ... show more

The Pureatic V3 Robot Vacuum and Mop has its strengths, but overall, I’m disappointed. While the suction power is excellent and handles pet hair, dirt, and debris well, the mop feature fell short of expectations. It’s so ineffective that I stopped using it entirely—mopping manually is better. Another issue I’ve faced is the app connectivity. It occasionally disconnects from the app, and reconnecting is frustrating and time-consuming. While the vacuum does its job when running, these issues make it less convenient than I’d hoped. Unfortunately, I missed the return window to give it a fair chance. If you’re looking for a vacuum with excellent suction power, this delivers, but don’t expect much from the mop feature or app integration. It’s a mixed experience for me. ... show more

Currently, it's working decent. Ain't the best but still for the price it goes our floor well. The cat seems to play with it but hasn't taken the free ride around the place yet. Our carpet is .6 inches off the ground, so for folks wondering if it will work, yes.
