I put these on a road bike I bought secondhand locally. I swapped them out for the eggbeaters that it came with. I really like these. They have good grip and a wide base for my foot. I like that I can replace the pins when they wear down. They were super easy to install. I don’t know how long the color will hold up to wear, but that is not really a concern for me. Price was good. I have a pair of crankbros on my other bike, though these ones are not as light they have grip that is just as effective. ... show more

I bought these pedals to replace the plastic ones my BMX bike came with. They are not only very pretty, but they grip extremely well. Unlike many other items that are in this popular "oil slick" finish these are not overpriced. They are well worth the money and look great!

Pros: For the price these are a great option for upgrading cheap plastic or unsealed bearing pedals. There's no play in the bearings and installation is simple with a 6mm Allen wrench, just tighten it through the inside of the crank arms instead of marking up your cranks with an open end. Con: Unfortunately my pedals arrived covered in fingerprints. Granted these are just pedals that I'm going to marking up with shoes, that's not something that should be acceptable on a BNIB product regardless of its intended purpose. In the end they cleaned up nicely and there doesn't appear to be any actual damage done but I had to knock off a star for it. ... show more
