Great gloves and have held up really well. Felt improvement in punching technique and accuracy as it forces me to throw with smart intentions. If I throw or swing too wildly it does hurt the wrist but I believe that is what makes it great. Only use them for hitting the bags. My knuckles and wrists feel stronger and I feel more pop when I use other gloves or spar. Only downside is that the length is a bit too short or not long enough for my fingers, so I have curl or grave my fingers into the gloves a bit. However width size is perfect. These gloves will teach you how to make a proper fist and improve your punching technique. I throw crosses, hooks, and uppercuts with fill power. I no longer use my 16oz gloves for heavy bag work, Only sparring. The minimal padding will insure hit with the two big knuckles, because if you don’t you’ll feel it!
