I bought this for my wife to get her strong after our second baby. But this review is from me since she hasn't gotten to use it yet since she's still in recovery. I got a 6 ft one because it is lighter and I was hoping I could get her to bench with it since she's worried she won't be able move the 45 lb bar I bought for the rack. I think for bench press I'll just have to be her j cups and spotter and use the bench I have. Pros: It feels plenty strong and it's fine for good mornings, rows and heavier lifts with iron plates. The knurling isn't as quality as my iron crush 7ft bar, but it is still nice in the hand. Cons: it doesn't hold a huge amount of plates. If you are using bumper plates, you are limited to 2-45 before you have to switch to iron plates. Which is fine but not as quiet or easy on a concrete floor. If you are smart and researched before buying and know what you are getting you won't be let down. I'm still giving 5 stars since I could have read its specs and foreseen my issues.

The bar is good. I love the size. I was disappointed to find. Out it only holds 3 plates on each side. The weight amount it holds needs to say that it only holds that if using all 3 on each side biggest possible. For example on each side I put a 45 a 25 and a 10. I bought increment plates of 2.5 and 5. I can't use them so had to buy 35's to take place of the 25's and 10's . The bar spins inside the handles I'm not sure why but it will do. The seller was great with fast delivery.
