Really awesome pair of starter skates. The price point of these are perfect and they do well. They're by no means a professional pair, but for someone who is starting to get into skating, these do the trick. I couldn't find this anywhere and as beginner, I didn't know any better but if you want to replace the toe stops, they are 5/16th size. I had purchased a toe stop that was too large apparently but the 5/16s are perfect. I've been going weekly to the local skate rink for over a month now and I get lots of compliments on these. The light up wheels are super cute and when they dim the lights on the skate rink I can still look to make sure I'm doing the moves correctly since I'm still learning. ... show more

True to size for mens 7. Liner is white so will likely get dirty but its waaaay more comfortable than the standard tan-ish liner found in rental skates or even the Chicago Premiums. Less one star because the wheels are a harder material, so not so comfortable on the street. Contrasting the Chicago Premiums have a softer more suited for either street or rink. Love these skates. I bought these skates to break up my afternoon walking routine. After all, variety is the spice of life. I must say, I have not worn skates in about 35 years, so I was a bit hesitant at first. I tried them on and they are more comfortable than my shoes and definitely mush more comfortable than the rental skates that used to give me blisters as a child. Next, the true test came. I put them on to go skating in my neighborhood. I’m proud to say that I was able to conquer the nearly invisible slope in my driveway and I did not wipe out in the street. I have had them for about 3 days and I have used them each day and I can feel my hips and legs getting a workout. I have had many people stop and tell me that they look fun and it had started many conversations with the walkers. The skates are still comfortable and they look cute. I have not had any pain in my feet or blisters. I do have pretty flat feet and wear mostly Converse shoes. So, I don’t know if they would be as comfortable if you need any kind of support, but I imagine if you do an insert would work well. They look like nice skates, but I am returning them due to the sizing that is completely wrong on the website. Google the European size so you can get the correct US size because all the US sizing is incorrect.
