What I like is they are individually wrapped and very fresh, the outside wafer is crunchy it does have two layers of filling. I've tried the Dark chocolate which is excellent and the Pumpkin spice which is also good but to me taste more like spice cake but good. Trying to eliminate sweets from my diet and these satisfy my sugar graving without a lot of sugar as each wafer only has 1g of sugar and 4 carbs. What I don't like is the price but haven't seen anything in the market to compare to these. If your a fan of the wafer style cookie you'll love these especially without all the added sugar and unwanted ingredients. Great Find! ... show more

Flavor Name: Lemon
Got the new pumpkin spice wafer. It has a mild pumpkin spice flavor. Not enough to make you sick and not artificial tasting. The problem is they are smaller than the other wafers. I hope the company isn't going to start shrinking down the size while charging the same or even more. Shrink-Flation yay. Anyway my toddler loves these things and the sandwich cookies. The dark chocolate raspberry has a really strong dark chocolate flavor. It overpowers the raspberry. So not a personal favorite. The vanilla is delicious and reminds me of those sugar wafer cookies. The lemon is just enough lemon for my taste. Not too faint but not too much. The strawberry is just the a.m breakfast bar. The chocolate hazelnut is really really good. These wafers have a nice crisp texture but at the same time the wafer can be dry and may stick to your lips. I think they put enough filling in between layers. I love to crush a couple and put them in a bowl of sugar free ice cream. Especially the hazelnut one. My concern is just the usual ordering food online.....boxes that are close to expiring. All in all a good snack to try if you are cutting back on sugar ... show more

The cookies have a rich dark chocolate filling between a light waffle wafer. Even though there is a decent amount of chocolate, the cookie is not overly sweet. The dark chocolate is rich and has food. Flavor. . The cookies I ordered are individually wrapped which is nice when you want a treat at work or are out and about, Cookies are worth the price…kids probably wouldn’t like them though. ... show more

The wafer is delicious. The issue is they were shipped in a bag and the box was smashed. Both sides were popped open and the wafers were crushed. Something like this needs to be shipped in a box.

Texture just like other wafers but low carb! Not too sweet but satisfies that urge for a sweet treat. Lemon is the flavor we got, not sure if there are other flavors available. we recommend these lemon wafers
