I made Oreo mint rice, crispy treats, using sugar-free marshmallows and these cookies. They were delicious. These cookies are on their own or in this dessert if you decide to make that. They are very crisp. But I like a crispy cookie.

The cookies were okay long ago but now there are better brands out there that actually taste good and are reasonably priced. Recently, I purchased directly from CC website after having a flavor I liked of one of their cereals... Chocolate mint. They have a variety on their site that is not available here. But this was my experience...There is a gross chemical aftertaste in every flavor of their cereals, snack mixes, and cookies. I was able to stand the aftertaste in the cheddar snack mix and the chocolate mint cereal; so, because I follow a low-carb diet, I thought I would expand my options with the fruity variety of the cereal--Disgusting! Because I enjoyed Fruity cereal as a child, I thought this sounded promising... So I bought 6 bags. Upon the very first bite, I wanted to return the other 5 bags. Catalina Crunch refused to make any concession (NO refund, NO returns allowed) for passing off on me, at a high price, absolutely inedible disgusting cereal. Other companies usually stand behind their products...If they won't accept returns, they will usually tell you to donate the food and refund your money. This company has no interest at all in keeping loyal customers... which is especially unacceptable given the horrible product this company carries. Never buying from them again! ... show more

I have yet to ask my physician about the "Allulose" sugar these are made with, but they taste fantastic. It is VERY interesting that apparently Allulose sweetens the cookies, but the sugar is never broken-down/metabolism into our system...you void it. If I have any cautions, one is the obvious: "Price". These are the most expensive cookies I have ever bought. sad that we are being taken advantage of on price...they are JUST COOKIES. That rates a "1-Star" rating. The other is potentially related to the Allulose...I note a few hours after I eat them (always just 2-3 "max.), I have an unusual, near-headache like sensation across my forehead. I don't get headaches, and on the days that I don't eat these, I do not get the headache. But...most readers of this review will likely not get the headache, and most will probably tolerate the high price for the sake of finally being able to eat a great tasting cookie that is NOT sweetened with Sugar Alcohols (the Devil in disguise). I rate them a "4" because they are well worth it over all. ... show more

I got these because my husband loves mint, and we are trying to cut sugar back. They aren't dreadful, they just aren't good. Texture is gritty, mint flavor is mild, and the sweet is really missing pretty much entirely. But nice try. Your mileage may vary.

I love sandwich cookies, especially chocolate and mint, but these were a disappointment. I love other Catalina crunch products like the cinnamon crunch cereal so I was excited about these but was let down. Very few cookies in the box for what you have to pay but that’s ok because I really didn’t want anymore. The taste and texture wasn’t that great.
