I ordered these RIP-IT SwiftStep Kaylei Volleyball Shoes in black/pink/yellow. They have good tread for jumping and turning and sturdy ankle support. They are very comfortable. I typically wear an 8 in most brands, and in some brands an 8.5. I ordered the 8.5 and it fit perfectly, the 8 would have been too snug. I like that the RIP-IT company specializes in women’s athletic gear. Designed for volleyball, they’re great for everyday wear as well and they look awesome! Recommended! ... show more

I do think these are good volleyball shoes, but the only issue I have is they seem so big and clunky. Maybe it's because my daughter is 10 and wearing women's sizes. They fit her lengthwise, but kind of look like clown shoes because of the width. Again, that may be our unique situation, but they are wider and taller than her current pair that's a different brand. These are great for the court, though. They are super grippy. They have that great squeaky sound because they're sticking to the floor. In terms of volleyball shoes on the market, these are a good deal. We need a little more playing time to see if the width impairs movement at all, but they're working well so far. I will note they run small. My daughter is usually a 7-8 in women's. I thought I was ordering up with an 8.5 but they fit her now. ... show more

When I first put these on I thought I had made a huge mistake. They were so tight I could feel my pinky toe getting pushed under my other toes. I decided to give them a chance againsty better judgement. Within a few hours they had loosened up significantly. I think the tongue being attached adds to the initial discomfort. After several days of wearing them I can now pull them on and off without untying them. The sole is incredibly supportive and my high arch appreciates the extra arch support. I was highly surprised by the quality of these volleyball shoes. They have great cushion to them, that your feet kind of sink into. And the bottoms give you a really good bounce. It almost makes you want to go on a run and jump when you wear these. The traction is good and stops you from slipping, and they have a wide fit to him. That’s huge for me because when I play sports, especially volleyball my feet always feel so squished that it hurts my toenails and in these I feel great even after playing for hours. ... show more

This runs small. It’s got great arch and side support, but it’s going to squeeze your toes if you get your normal size. The tongue is attached and so it’s tight to get off and on.

These are so comfortable!! Like seriously the most comfortable shoe I've worn in years! They are very easy to put on and tighten too. I don't play volleyball - not for about 30 years or so - but I remembered how comfortable the shoes were when I used to play and decided to give it a shot. I will only buy volleyball shoes from now on! Perfect for while you're working a job that makes you walk alot - I work at a big box store - I have to walk from one end to the other AT LEAST 10x a day.
