These are fashionable and cute. Easy to adjust straps to fit your helmet or beanie. Occasionally, I experience some mild fogging up when I also have a neck gator on and the lens scratches easily so be sure to store in the cloth case it comes with.

I ordered these ski goggles to wear for clearing the driveway/roof during and after snowstorms. Here in Maine, we get some pretty good Nor'easters and it is very unpleasant going out into one without having good eye protection. Let me start by describing that these ski goggles are made very well, the strap is easy to adjust and so far it holds securely around my head, since I won't be using a helmet. It seems comfortable on the bridge of my nose and on my forehead. So the construction of the goggles far exceeds the ones I used to have for skiing years ago, and will be more comfortable than wearing my safety glasses that fog and frost up on me around the yard. However, I ordered the highest available VLT (Visible Light Transmission) percentage at 46% because I wanted goggles that I may wear for daytime and perhaps use at night as well...for shoveling/snowblowing my driveway, but definitely not for night skiing. These goggles are NOT recommended for night skiing. But I did test them by going onto my back deck at night and looking at the yard where it is darkest and I can see pretty good. In fact, I could even see some stars. So I think it will work for me since the percentage falls into the category of low light situations. What is really noticeable is that at 46%, the goggles allow a lot more brightness in during the daytime. I may be able to just wear my regular sunglasses on bright sunny days if it bothers me too much. Also, there is some degree of glare with these goggles as light hits it at different angles. Lastly, I cannot give an opinion of the fog factor until I am actively using them when the winter weather arrives. For my purposes, these goggles will help me avoid having stinging eyes from being pelted with sleet, snow and freezing rain when working around the yard to clear snow, day or night.
