  • Great Smart Ring and amazing battery
Color: Matte Black Size: 11
The Ring works amazing, the data it gives me helps me understand my health and mood. The ring does feel a bit bulky on my finger, but the battery is worth it. The biggest thing to consider is that the lights for heart rate monitor can be visible on the ring even when wearing it, so its not exactly a secret that its a smart ring. Expect a few scuffs in the first few days as you use it, especially in the matte black color, but over time they will disappear. ... show more

  • Excellent sleep tracking and battery life!
Color: Brushed Silver Size: 14
This ring works amazingly well, and is attractive too! I tried both a Google Pixel watch and a Fitbit watch and neither of them would track my sleep at all. This RingConn Gen 3 has tracked my sleep perfectly since day 1! The app is easy to understand and provides even more information than Google Health did. The battery life on this ring is as good as you have heard as well (10+ days!). Amazing. I would buy this product again. ... show more

  • Love it!
Color: Brushed Rose Gold Size: 8
This is a great ring. I came from the other well-known smart ring and was happy with it for a while, but I decided to try this one after reading that it had newer sensors and could provide insights related to blood pressure. All I can say is: wow. One of the biggest surprises for me was that it flagged possible apnea. I know this is not a medical device, but it pointed me in the right direction and encouraged me to seek proper medical advice. I had already suspected I might have an issue, and this gave me an extra reason to take it seriously. As for the blood pressure feature, it definitely does not replace a traditional blood pressure monitor, and I don’t think anyone should expect it to. You either find the feature useful as an extra reference point, or you don’t. For me, it is a nice addition. I also tested the step counter myself by counting steps manually, and the ring was usually slightly above my manual count, but never by more than about 5%. That is perfectly acceptable to me. I also own one of the newest Huawei watches, which is known for accurate heart rate tracking, and this ring usually differs by only about 1–2 bpm. Regarding sleep tracking, I found a comparison with a Fitbit device, which is often praised for sleep accuracy. In my opinion, the weak point is not necessarily the total sleep duration, but the breakdown of sleep stages, which I don’t expect to be perfectly accurate anyway. Honestly, I couldn’t care less about exact sleep stages. What matters most to me is knowing roughly how long I slept so I can tell whether I’m getting enough rest. One of the most important features for me is the stress and HRV tracking. With the widget, I can actually see that when I feel stressed, my HRV goes down and the stress score goes up almost immediately. That has been very useful and surprisingly consistent. Finally, the battery life is excellent — better than any other ring I’ve owned — and there is no subscription fee, which is a big plus. I’ve seen reviews where people mostly praise the battery life and the lack of subscription as the best things about this ring. I actually disagree. For me, the most important things are the features, the useful health insights, and the overall accuracy. The great battery life and no extra subscription are just the cherry on top. ... show more

  • Try it if you want a smart ring with no subscription.
Color: Future Silver Size: 9
For the last year I had a smart ring from a lesser expensive company. I paid $69.99 and it tracked all your basic stuff. The data wasn't 100% accurate particularly sleeping but for the price I paid it was justified. The battery started to drain fast recently or so and this company did not respond to any emails. Finally I got rid of it after three emails sent and no response. I have a premium subscription with my Pixel Watch so I absolutely did not want one with a smart ring. Oura is probably the best as far as data accuracy goes but I am not paying $5.99 monthly. Ringconn always seemed like the better buy. Their Gen 3 came out a few weeks ago and looked pretty good. I wanted a ring that could do blood oxygen spot checks and this one can (my pixel watch cannot). A little over a week and the ring is great. I only wear this to bed and not during the day. Never missed any data and syncs so quickly with the app. The Sleep Apnea is a nice thing to have (tried it for three nights and gave clear information. Have not tried the vascular option but great to have if you wanted. Comfortable, size is spot on (order the sizing kit) and I love the color which is a polished silver. My ring so far did not turn when I was sleeping so the correct way to wear it with the sensors on the bottom was always there when I woke up. Ringconn did an awesome job with this ring. ... show more

  • Great Way to Find the Right Size Before Ordering
Color: Sizing Kit Size: 6-15
This sizing kit worked exactly as described and made the process of ordering a smart ring much easier. The kit includes multiple sizing options and is specifically designed to help you determine the correct RingConn Gen 3 size before purchasing the actual ring. [Amazon.com...lectronics] What I appreciated most was being able to wear the sample rings for an extended period before making a decision. Both my wife and I were able to test our sizes for a full 24 hours, which gave us confidence that we were choosing the right fit. RingConn actually recommends wearing the sizing ring for at least 24 hours during normal daily activities and sleep. [Amazon.com...lectronics] The sizing rings were comfortable, easy to use, and gave us a good idea of how the actual ring would feel throughout the day. Pros: Matches the description perfectly Easy sizing process Multiple size options included Ability to test fit for 24 hours Helped avoid ordering the wrong size Overall, this is a worthwhile purchase if you're considering a RingConn smart ring. Taking the time to verify your size beforehand can save you the hassle of exchanges later. Highly recommended. ... show more

  • Pleasantly surprised
Color: Royal Gold Size: 8
I was pleasantly surprised with this one. I purchased the competitor oura 5 and they changed their design and it was too tight. And also, they were very aggressive in their nature with how they gave you information and it stressed me out. This ring is Very calm natured. Nothing is yelling at you telling you to go to bed on time or making you feel bad when a stat is a little bit off. Some of my favorite features are that it tells you how many steps you did during each hour of the day so like from 11:30 to 12:30 it might tell you that you did 400 steps but then from 1:30 to 2:30 you did 1000 steps! It’s really nice to see that breakdown and not just see the count It’s also really important to mention that the competitor ring and all watches only track your blood oxygen and your HRV at night. This ring tracks it all day long so you can see on every hour what your stats are! I thought that was really great as well too The competitor ring has “tags” that you can write you know if you weren’t feeling well or if you noted something special on a specific day you would tag it. Well, here you can write different symptoms and then there is a special screen that compares symptoms overtime that you have written and let you know that you might see these certain symptoms at certain times of the month so I thought that was really cool as well. One thing I wanna talk about is sizing. The competitor ring I was a size 8, and I bought the newer version of that competitor ring in the same size and it was so tight because the sensors inside the ring are now protruding. This ring I purchased as well in a size 8. And the sensors inside this ring are protruding however because they have those protruding sensors they make the ring a little bit bigger to account for that so it’s not tight at all. It’s very comfortable. It’s much more comfortable than the competitor. And those little bumps inside the ring help hold it on at first I thought they were gonna hurt, but they’re really great. Another thing to mention is yes there are only about five exercises that you can choose from when you’re doing a workout. So for example, I like to do barre and Pilates so what I would do is choose the gentle yoga option. It doesn’t matter because it will still track your heart rate and how many calories you burn so it doesn’t matter what you call it, however They do allow you now to track workouts automatically. I have yet to experience it, but they say that they have tons and tons of workouts that it will automatically track so if for example, I go swimming in a pool and it says that I was wrestling and not what I was actually doing you can actually edit it and write what you were doing so that’s awesome too! Overall, I’m really surprised by this ring. I love that it doesn’t have an aggressive pushiness like the competitor. It’s very calm and friendly and very easy to understand and they literally do have tons and tons of stats just like the competitor and some more so like being able to see your steps broken down throughout the day. It’s a really great price and there is no subscription and I really do feel like this is a nice ring. If you’re looking for a lifestyle ring tracking different things throughout the day this is not an aggressive workout ring. If you are looking for something more aggressive for working out, I would definitely recommend the WHOOP. But this is perfect for lifestyle and just some exercises here and there and being able to know your body and how you’re feeling. I am somebody who has celiac disease and when I get gluten in my system from eating it, I get very sick and dizzy and it’ll be nice to be able to see my sleep charts and compare everything when those events happen so that I can be prepared. ... show more
