This is a great system. I can set each sensor up to alert me or to just detect motion and not alert me. Very customizable. For instance, I can set it to beep in my house if the fence is opened, or I can turn it off if we have a party and people are coming and going. We haven’t had any battery problems either. We have used this for about 6 months and the sensor at the backdoor haven’t let us down yet and we go in and out about 20 times a day! So happy we bought this system instead of adt. It’s a very good quality system and we are very happy with this purchase!

The only issue I have been having is with the motion sensors triggering when nothing is in the area. Everything was easy to install and connect to the system and with the mesh network I now have strong wi-fi throughout the house and connecting to outlying areas.

The media could not be loaded. Very simple and easy setup (setup in about 30mins) Had to order one extra motion detector and two extra window sensors … perfect for a 3br 2 bath home. I just showed the entry keypad and one door sensor as to how it relates… enjoy!

Easy to install, works great and gives our family peace of mine when we are home and when we are gone!! We have too Echo’s and being able to see who’s at the doors is awesome. I highly recommend this product and all of the Ring security products!! Very satisfied with this purchase!!

This system notifies you great but everything else is absolutely terrible. The videos will never load on the front door, backyard, driveway, and sometimes even inside. The videos don't save even though we're paying for the "premium" service. I don't see the point in how this helps if you can never pull the surveillance videos. Customer service is unhelpful and we had to hire an electrician to come install multiple part of it adding over $600 to this systems cost. Completely wasted my money with this and now I can't return it. You may pay more for ADT but at least they actually record the videos, have customer service, and I'm not constantly frustrated from wasting money on an expensive product that isn't functioning properly
