The silver one and iridescent colored versions will eventually fade as the paint comes off. However, it is still a good product and looks similar to a wedding ring. It also is perfect for rough labor that would damage your ring otherwise. My mother in law was in need of some since her skin of breaking out in response to the metal and now she can still wear a wedding ring until her skin clears.
