This is actually the second time I painted this same project. The first time, a friend liked it so much he insisted on buying it from me! This time, I mistakenly purchased the unmounted canvas, so now I'm looking for a mounting kit. In some ways, dealing with the canvas alone was easier and more convenient. My only complaint is that, in looking at the mounting kits, they generally say you should have a 2" border all around to attach to the stretcher bars. This project barely has an inch border, so I'm hoping it's not going to make it really hard to mount. Some people have complained about the canvas being folded for shipping, but I found that mine wasn't too heavily creased and the creases worked their way out as I worked on it. So by the time I was finished, you really can't see the creases. If it bothers you, you could try steaming it and stretching it before beginning to paint. Or just make sure to order the already mounted version. Other tips -- if you take a long time to complete it (which I did) your paints will dry out. Just add water and stir well with a toothpick before you begin again. Getting the paint to a nice consistency again makes a big difference in how easy it is to get a good result. Don't be tempted to just use stickier paint without thinning it down again as necessary. Another tip - I invested in a fairly large, lighted magnifying glass that helped a ton when working on the really tiny details. Also, there were times when I couldn't tell what color was supposed to be where, or I realized I used the wrong color. Don't stress out about it. Especially with the project I did, which is somewhat "impressionist", I found it didn't matter in most instances. Have fun with it!

I expected more purple and lavender tones, but my painting has slightly more blue and grey hues; it still came together really beautifully. I ran out of some of the colors, and the company provided me with more paint upon request - and it arrived quickly! I had to trim the edges to fit a 16x20 frame (bought separately), but a little extra effort was well worth it!

Some numbers were wrong on paint and print (e.g. 6 vs 9), lots of super similar colors, tooons of small details, some areas are not labeled. It came out cute but the process was a bit frustrating

Everything is great. Easy to paint. The only thing is- you need to add a layers of paint on the lighter color to cover the numbers. Otherwise the numbers are visible from closer distance. Overall very recommend it!

Each paint came less than half full, with how big this canvas is I am very disappointed at how little I have to work with. However, after contacting the seller they were more than willing to send me another set of paints free of charge! They also included a tracking code so that I can keep on eye on it once it ships. I was very happy that they were willing to work with me and send me more paint so that I could do this paint by number! Very easy company to work with if the need arises!

I’ve done a few of the paint by numbers and have loved every second of it, but this one not so much. Loved the picture online. However, as you go along, it is a bit more peachy/coral then the dusty pink I thought it was. There is a tiny bit of the pink in it but not nearly as much as it appears in the picture. Also most of the paint colors are so sheer, 2 coats still look splotchy. Definitely not great quality.
