These are worth the money! After doing my research, I went with these and couldn’t be happier. I only use them for recreational skating but they’re super comfortable! Wife likes the ice skating and wants to have her own skates. These are very classic skates, it's harder to tie the shoelaces than rentals with quick release, but you can adjust them much better, it would be more comfortable on the ice for longer period.

I used to speed skate but those are not allowed inside the ice ring of course, so I was renting these horrible and dull rental skates and was embarrassing myself on them. So finally with this pair I have my own, wharp, well maintained skates that actually slide on the ice. Perfect!
