I needle felt so have a lot of wool. Somehow carpet beatles found their way into my stash. They are just as bad as moths. Got rid of the infestation and found these little gems. I love the smell and they work great. I put one in each of my Rubbermaid tubs and have had no more bug issues. They last several months. I also appreciate that although the scent is nice it does not make my wool smell even the wool that it is laying on. It also does not leave any debris on my wool. It’s the perfect product and size for what I need. Will continue to purchase. It’s cheaper than replacing my wool.

First off, I didn’t buy these for myself (I hate reviews that start like this, don’t you?). I got a frantic text from my mom two days before they were closing up the house for the winter and coming back south that she didn’t have enough of these sachets and would I please order some and have them sent up there ASAP. I checked the item, saw it could be sent Prime and immediately ran to her rescue! (By texting her back and then hitting some links on my Amazon app). That is the extent of my personal experience with this item, which is why I usually hate this kind of review. BUT I have supplemental information! My mom is the single pickiest person. Ever. I love her like crazy (most of the time), but we are talking OCD level here. She has multiple mold allergies, hates bugs with the firey passion of 1000 suns, and can’t be around most strong scents (even nice ones). So once she finds a product that helps mitigate moldy smells, has a pleasant, relaxing smell that she really likes, and that actually WORKS at keeping moths away, it’s like she’s found the Holy Grail. So short version: she was out of Holy Grail, doesn’t know how to use Amazon, and needed a rush order. Amazon not only had Holy Grail in stock, they were able to ship it and have it on her doorstep in 24 hours. Maternal anxiety averted. This must be good stuff. I should probably get some for my closets.

I used the entire box to try to rid myself of a moth problem and it did not phase them at all. They even crawled on and around the packets. I was using them around a sealed bin inside another bin outside. Completely closed off to the elements just as a closet would be.
