This works fantastic as a back up power source for charging phones and tablets etc. However to say it charges via solar is a bit of a stretch. We are currently in a hot stretch in WA and I left it outside in the direct sun for 3 days and only got 3 bars of charge according to its indicator, but when I plugged my phone in it instantly dropped to 2 and I only got a 50% charge on my IPhone 7 ... show more

This is an amazing charger, I have had it for six months but whatโ€™s going on when the battery pack looks like it is expanding? Iโ€™m worried that it might be a default, if itโ€™s going bad do I just send it in and get a new one out what? Could someone help answer the questions for me?
