Bought the solar charger back in September (about 9mo ago) Had an issue this passed weekend with it where if you plug it in to charge the lights started to flash and the output no longer works. Apparently it put itself into protection mode to keep the batteries from getting damaged. I sent an email to the company at [email protected] with my shipping address and my order number and told them what the issue I was having on Thursday and by Saturday the replacement was at my door free of charge. I love the idea and convenience of the wires being built in. The first type I ordered came without built in wires. I definitely recommend getting one for yourself, a loved one or a friend.

    • Great little stand alone charger
This is a chunky but great addition to my long line of external battery packs. When I travel I usually carry 3 or 4 external batteries. Hopefully this ( slightly heavier ) battery pack will replace them all as it's charged from solar power. Aside from the solar charging, the best feature of this battery pack are the three charging wires fitted neatly in the back of the case. A genius piece of design. No need to carry additional wires in your backpack/purse whatever. Note the instructions recommend that you do not leave the battery pack in full sun in the car as the high temperatures may damage the internal circuits. I also like the dual LED torches on the front of the pack. Great for reading at night. This thing is heavy when compared to most external battery packs but it packs so many features, ( 2 x USB-A, 1 x USB-C in/out along with the three different charging wires on the case). Probably not the battery pack for ladies who may carry a small purse, but excellent for camping and hiking if you need 'power anywhere' for your cell phone. ... show more

Bought this about 4 months ago and it worked fine with no issues until 1 month ago when it started flashing the lights without me doing anything. It APPEARS to get to full charge, but then it doesn't put out any charge and the lights don't come on when you press the button.... unless you press on the side of the case in a slight twisting fashion and then the lights come on. Clearly there's a bad connection inside. The device has not been treated poorly or dropped. Since it was after the 30 days return policy, I have tried to find customer service to at least report the issue, but there are no apparent links anywhere. I tried the website given in the manual, but it says the website it being upgraded. It's almost as if they don't want to be contacted. Given all the good reviews of the product (and others by the company) it was probably only a manufacturing issue... but as a company, they need to have some level of support. Highly disappointed, but it appears to be the only product out there with all of the components i want. ... show more

It can charge my 22 ULTRA phone numerous times on a full power up from this power pack. Solar charging on this will take an entire day in strong sunlight for emergencies. Takes about 5-6 hours to fully power up power pack w/electrical outlet. Has a strong flash light and can be used with 3 diff devices to charge all at once from the battery pack. Can be fully recharged 100's of times in the years to come. Take with you in the car,or on trips for a power source when you cant reach a outlet. Great value,i highly recommend! ... show more
