Ok, I missed the obvious - it specifically stated Vegan, did I read that - no!, why? Who knows! I have been eating Rhythm Naked Beet Chips for a while, and I LOVE them, but they have absolutely nothing on them, they are just beet chips. Thus "naked". But I wanted something a little different, enter White Cheddar Crunch Cauliflower Bites - I just saw the flavor as Cheddar, and bought them for a change. So the first bite - a little off putting. The texture was crunchy softer then beet chips, but still packing a wonderful crunch! But the flavor was a little off. It didnt taste like cheddar cheese, it almost had a gruyere mixed with a mild blue cheese flavor profile. It wasnt bad, just not cheddar. As I continued to eat, it started to taste better. Still not cheddar, but it definitely tasted different. And then it dawned on me, it tastes more like nutritional yeast. Which is why I went to look up what I was eating. Duh! I tossed the bag after opening them, opting for dumping the contents on to a plate so I had no clue. They are very tasty, but I like to know what I'm eating - so its my own fault for not checking. Ive eaten vegan foods before, I'm just not vegan, so I dont specifically look for items that are. With that said, these are very tasty, but the portions are small. When I get beet chips for the same weight I get twice the volume even if the weight is the same. Visually and texturally I feel like I get a lot more from the beat chips. So much so, I tore into a second bag of Cauliflower Bites - which isn't bad for calories, but its one heck of a punch on my wallet! All in all, I recommend these - they are a great snack, I just wish they had double the amount for the same price!

If you are going to buy these, maybe stick to the grocery store. I like these snacks but these arrived pretty much all broken and in crumbs. These are best as full florets not as a topping for salad. Don't get me wrong, if you want a low cal snack, these are a great alternative to chips. I just think they need to figure out a way to keep their product intact during shipping. The in store bags also come pretty much 25% edible pieces and the rest is crumbs. Still better than the 10% pieces and the rest being crumbs like when I got these.

As many others stated, you get maybe a handful of these. They are a delicious snack for those trying to be health conscious but for the amount you get they are wayyy overpriced. I should have listened to the reviews but noooo I just had to waste my hard earned money.

Love the product, hate that it’s evidently difficult to provide to the customer….Ordered this, got carrots. Went into Amazon to return the carrots and get the right product. Reshipped again, and get 7 instead of the paid for 8 packages. Love the flavor but annoyed with the experience AND that I didn’t get what I paid for.

In regards to taste, this is one of the best snacks to munch on and also not feel guilty. This would be 5 stars, but as others point out, there’s not a ton of product in the bag. They really do need to find a way to 2x the amount in the bag and offset those additional costs in other ways. Once they get the ratio of product to cost figure out, this snack will fly.

I ordered the variety pack last week which stated the nutritional facts shown in the advertising. Cool. All was good. So good that I ordered this 8 pack as soon as they were gone. This is what came?! Completely different amounts on the nutrition facts. 210 calories? 18 net carbs!? That is a huge jump for someone that’s keto and super disappointing when the other bag is 130 calories and 6 net carbs. You can even see in the front of the bag bottom right corner it doesn’t say “6net carbs!” It says “made with over 1/2 lb fresh cauliflower”. WTF This is extremely deceptive. What are the actual amounts?! Buyer beware. These are damn tasty but I don’t know which values to believe.
