The handle broke the first day my son was dropped off at camp. Very disappointing for the high price of the trunk. The trunk wasn’t even packed very full. I would recommend purchasing somewhere else where you will have a warranty or ability to return. I’m done buying high priced items from Amazon. This was a waste of money.

HEAVY! Very sturdy with tough leather handles. A bit much for a woman to pick up and carry—even when empty. You definitely need two people to carry up the stairs, for example. The wheels really help with the loading/unloading, but you only have the snug leather straps to pull, so pivoting around corners is awkward. Of course, these aren’t designed to be carry on luggage, and I’ve no doubt that this will last a lifetime and put up with whatever abuse they receive.

I was interested in this foot locker for my son. He was going to summer camp and needed a locker to keep his things. This perfectly met the requirements and had good reviews. Shipping was quick and everything showed up in one piece. Initially, I was very pleased with the construction of the locker. It seemed to be well built overall, however, I was a bit worried about the handles. The handles were strips of leather that were fashioned to fit through a slit in the metal end cover. We managed to fit everything inside of the trunk that was needed. While delivering the trunk to his cabin, the leather handle broke off and caused me to drop it. The case held up well and nothing else broke. From what my son told me, he constantly used it as a chair and stool. With the exception of the handle, I can say this is a very solid product. With a little work on the handle, this thing is great. I would recommend this to someone but, would caution them about the issue we had.

This was purchased for my granddaughter to take to college. She loves the color. It appears to be sturdy and well-made. Having a special fabric bag to store the wheels is a great idea. Some companies with the same price did not include wheels, so this made the price of this one the best.

I've seen this trunk time and time again. Was looking at many reviews and after some serious debate I ordered this trunk by Rhino. It's heavy duty. Built to last from what I can tell. I'm in the military and was yearning for a box I could stick gear in and make it through a deployment or travel for work. This one is hard plywood! I sat on it in the middle, weighing 205 lbs, and it was like sitting on a park bench. Will leave soon for a trip to win our nations wars, hope to have a better update on the durability when I return. I'm much more hopeful than those plastic molded totes that are commonly used. At the moment, I suggest BUY! Quality craftsmanship! Because why? American made friends!

Received this on August 1st and did not have the wheels in the box. We just opened the box so we could pack it and no wheels..... We need it for college move in. We will have to contact the manufacturer to see if we can get wheels in time. Just received the wheels via FEDEx and they were extremely quick to respond and make it right. I would definitely buy one of their products again. The trunk itself is every sturdy and well made. It should last for many years to come.

Bought this for my niece's away to college gift, it arrived when she got there to college and was so excited how it fit right under the bed. She was able to most of her important stuff and lock away. After much review with other brands our concern was someone sitting on top then crushing the foot locker. So far it's held up really well and she plans on keeping for a very long time!!!

I am Mature Adult who has found it necessary to downsize; for the 3rd time! I have done all I can do to make my life fit in my living space...to no avail. While reminiscing the good ole college days with my girls, I recalled we used the trunk for double duty...storage AND a coffee table. I hadn't used a coffee table since my 1st downsizing event, because it made me feel too crowded.
