I bought this for my 15 year old who loves makeup. She really wanted the E.l.f one but I couldn't bring myself to spend $130 on an advent calendar. I'm really surprised on the the quality of product and my daughter has loves every item she's opened so far. The size of the individual products are travel size but it's still a good size that it was definately worth the money spent. The colors and shades of the products are appropriate for a teenager and not super bold which she likes and as a mom of a teenager, I appreciate. LOL! ... show more

This is one the better makeup advent calendars out there, that is a reasonable price for the quality of makeup you get! Revolution makeup is great quality makeup with good pigment. Pretty good adventure calendar. The size is good. The one thing I have against it is the color scheme. Purple is not normally in my wheelhouse of choices of colors eyeshadow, but hey, I’ll give it a go. Also the lip gloss is overly thick. Not too bad all in all so far.

My girls enjoy it, value for money is questionable, quality is slightly better than play makeup. The variety is neat, and to find a decent make up advent that isn't $200 is hard. All in all a decent purchase, or so my girls would say.
