First thing to note about this mister is you had better be prepared to measure and make modifications to your terrarium top if it does not come with premade holes. Directions are really easy to follow once you decide where you want to place your mister nozzles the next part is going to be cutting just enough hose in between each part. The one thing that I will say that I do admire about this product is you can set a timer for it to automatically missed. It goes all the way up to 90+ hours and missing could be anywhere from one second to. I believe it was 60 seconds. Depend depending on your head will determine how much you want to miss to maintain that humidity. I have a Pac-Man frog who’s still fairly young so we’re only missing every few hours. One of the other things that I do like about this product is, you can actually hook it up to a 5 gallon and it can pull directly from that 5 gallon however, I just have a gallon glass jug with dechlorinated water that it pulls from a refill it once a week. It does hold humidity well like I said you get to decide the frequency in which you want to maintain the humidity for your pet. The only thing that I say might be a little bit stressful at least for me was making sure to cut the hose as accurately as possible, cause I did not want to waste any. All in all, I think this is a really good idea for someone who wants to take the guest work out of maintaining humidity and depending on your set up it can blend the seamlessly. I also do like the fact that you can move the nozzles around to spray in specific areas of the terrarium.

Great misting system at a nice price! I knew not to expect for it to have a reservoir through the photos as they say “your reservoir” and was able to buy a 5 gallon food grade bucket from a hardware store with a lid and use that! It comes with a peel and stick hook thar you can secure the misting system to a tank or something else. As with all systems like this I knew to put the reservoir lower than the nozzles and the misting pump so that it does not create a siphon effect and continue to drip for long periods. The two nozzles that rotate 360 degrees and end plug work great. The pump has adequate power to push a lot of water at one time. The system is setup so that it is easy to program. I can set it by how often it should go off and how many seconds it should run. I set mine to 12 seconds every 4 hours as with the winter we have heaters running and it can dry out the open top enclosure quickly.

I’ve wanted one of these but didn’t want cave and get one for the longest while. It’s not a necessity for me but it was a want. And I have to say it’s done quite a good job so far at doing its job of spraying things down and raising humidity. It’s easy to set up too which is a bonus. The noise level is alright and the size is perfect for my needs.

I bought this REPTITRIP reptile mister to keep humidity steady, and it does exactly what I needed without being complicated. The timer settings are actually useful: you can set spray duration from 1 to 180 seconds and set the interval from 1 to 96 hours, so it is easy to dial in light maintenance misting or heavier sessions depending on your enclosure. I like that it has both auto mode and a manual button, so I can run a quick burst any time without changing my schedule. The kit comes with two 360 degree adjustable misting nozzles, and they swivel easily so you can aim the mist where you want instead of blasting one spot. Coverage is solid for the size, and the mist is fine enough to raise humidity without instantly soaking everything. The included tubing is long (16 ft), which made routing clean through my setup simple, and the little extras helped more than I expected: zip ties for cable management, a hook for mounting, an end cap, and a filter to help keep debris out of the system. Power is simple too with the USB Type C cable and it is low power (5V, 10W), so I do not worry about it running on a schedule. The only reason I am giving this 4 stars is because it does not come with a water tank or reservoir. It works with an external container, but you need to provide your own. I used an old milk jug and it works fine for now, but I wish the listing was clearer up front or included a basic bottle. If you already have a container you can dedicate to it, this mister is a great setup.

This is a great little mister. It’s compact and much easier to hide than systems with large attached tanks. The installation was quick, and the mist is very fine - no huge droplets to drown things. Definitely a solid buy for any reptile hobbyist on a budget.
