I purchased the chocolate brown, it was very pretty, soft to touch and soft and smooth on my skin while wearing. No issues with the slip rising up at all, nor the attached layer having issues staying in place. I am 5’2, I feel if I would’ve worn taller heels it would’ve looked nicer, but overall it was a pretty dress and flattering even for me who had a 2nd baby. Helped hide a little of the post partum baby bump especially with a darker color but also wasn’t black bc I have dark hair. Of course my husband loved it, so your man will too.
