    • Awesome and affordable PTZ camera!
Absolutely love this camera! It has a very wide angle view plus the ability to automatically zoom in on any motion that it senses within that view using it's secondary zoom camera. Object identification is spot on but it doesn't always track human figures at extreme distances. Also the hybrid zoom feature appears to hunt or have difficulty maintaining constant zoom on moving objects from time to time but this does not pose a real problem as the wide angle lens of the camera is always recording at a fixed focal length and doesn't miss a thing. I'm sure this product will only get better with future firmware updates so I can't wait to see what the future brings. Great camera! ... show more

    • Would not work with NVR until they sent me a custom firmware
My NVR said it was up to date on firmware and I had auto update set. They had to send me a custom firmware that I manually updated then the camera connected.

I like that it was easy to set up and put into service; I like that it is able to identify people, vehicles, and animals and tags them in the recorded file for later review; I like that it automatically tracks, follows and zooms on sources of motion, then returns to its assigned home position.

Camera seems to work as advertised. Tracks folks walking across the front of my house pretty well. I live on a busy street so we'll see how well it holds up. Bought whole Reolink system after being incredibly disappointed in the Zosi equivalent. Just like any system the software takes some getting used to, but once you do, you can set it up with ease. Features of this camera are very good. 2 way audio is far better than the zosi cameras, but zosi has reolink beat on the night vision. The App is where reolink really shines over Zosi, it actually works! Zosi's app couldn't go 2 weeks functioning. I've reached out to customer service about firmware upgrades (on other parts of the system) and they have been responsive. Reolink seems to be the way to go! ... show more

Thank you for your consideration. Having spent a good deal of my time and efforts researching , and installing, then troubleshooting thinking I was doing something wrong, then discovering that the camera was knowingly sent to me, the consumer, without the advertised capabilities installed, yes, I believe some type of compensation is due. Thank you for offering. I have been a real spokesperson for the Reolink systems for years and have just recently provided to my neighbor footage from my system showing his car being broken into and then stolen. He was so impressed by the clarity of the image, that he asked me to provide him with the model and make of my system. This was just two days ago. Of course I told him that it was Reolink Duo. Then yesterday I received this camera and was excited to show it off to him but had reservations in recommending it to him after these complications. I would love to explain to him how your support went above and beyond what would normally be provided and that you stand behind your product line. Can you convince me that that is the case? I hope so.This is just one of their email responses to me after spending hours trying to get the camera to work as advertised. They offer me ten dollars to keep the camera. I have more to say if Amazon wants to hear it or do something about it. ... show more
