  • Reminds me of my old YZ125R
Color: Medium Grey - Medium Compound Size: 1-Pack
I used to race motocross back in my teenage years. I can still remember all of the brands I ran exclusively and Renthal was one of them. I recently purchased these grips for my Yamaha FZ1 and have been loving them. They have an amazing tacky feel to them. I like them with and without gloves. I used to have black grips and bought the dark grey Renthal grips to see how it would look and it really adds a great 3rd tone. Putting them on was extremely easy. An air compressor can blow the old ones off. Cheap hairspray easily puts the new ones on. I think this upcoming riding season I am going to try out the half waffle grips for S&G's. Overall, great product, great price, 5 stars ... show more

  • Fantastic grip
Color: Medium Grey - Medium Compound Size: 1-Pack
I've used both the firm and medium compound in the Renthal grips (on my 2005 Yamaha R1). I really like the more narrow size (as compared to stock). The stock grips are 32mm and these are 29mm. The smaller diameter gives you a more in-touch feeling with the bike. Be warned, however, the firm compound is almost like having no grip whatsoever. It might be okay for a track day, but on the street, it quickly becomes annoying. I mean, it's not the end of the world, but it does transmit quite a bit of the vibration through the clip-ons. I ended up switching to the medium compound and I'm much happier with that. I've also tried the driven gel grips and also the pro grips. The driven are very nice, but are the same diameter was stock. The pro grips are a complete waste of time and money. I made a YouTube video review here if you want to see more: [...] But the Renthal grips are very, very nice. I would recommend the medium compound, although I haven't tried the soft myself. ... show more

  • Fits snugly onto 2011 M796 7/8" handle bars. No adhesive required.
Color: Medium Grey - Medium Compound Size: 1-Pack
Fits snugly onto 2011 M796 7/8" handle bars without any adhesive required. Just spray on some rubbing alcohol as lubricant and wiggle the grips into place. The only minor drawback is that the throttle grip will not completely cover the throttle tube as compared to the factory grip. Also for those concerned about the ridges on the factory throttle tube, it actually helps to keep the grip secured in place and prevents slippage and does not require the throttle tube to be replaced with a smooth one. Right about of tackiness and smaller diameter compared to the factory grips. ... show more

  • Great Grips. Installed with Plastidip
Color: Medium Grey - Medium Compound Size: 1-Pack
The grips arrived in two days. The 29mm grips are a lot nicer than the stock grips that came on my bike. They are very grippy and add a clean look. Installation tip: Spray plastidip on the inside of the grips to slide them onto the bars. This seems to work much better than hairspray and isn't permanent like grip glue or spray paint. The grips will be held on very securely once the plastidip is dry due to its rubbery qualities. Any excess residue from the plastidip can be easily peeled up once dry. ... show more

  • Great Grip for the price.
Color: Medium Grey - Medium Compound Size: 1-Pack
Pros: Very sticky, tight grip, takes vibrations well Cons: I wish they were available in black. They don't last long if you ride daily. For me they lasted 6 months in warm weather, street only and i am not very aggressive. Overall I would buy them, over and over again because they are a good quality grip for a low price. This is probably my 5th purchase of these and will continue to buy. ... show more

  • Great Grips
Color: Medium Grey - Medium Compound Size: 1-Pack
I bought these grips to replace the originals on my bike when I put clubman bars on my 83 kz550. The medium compound has a great comfortable and tacky feel. I had no trouble fitting them on the handlebars after tossing them in boiling water for a minute or two. Definitely the best "prime" deal on grips. Great price. ... show more

  • Best grip and for good price
Color: Medium Grey - Medium Compound Size: 1-Pack
These handles have a great grip feel to it for my 2008 Kawasaki Ninja 250. I feel more confident riding my bike with these handles as I know my hands won't slip. My bf recommended these to me as he is an avid rider and glad I got them for myself!

  • Good grips, big improvement on stock.
Color: Medium Grey - Medium Compound Size: 1-Pack
I bought these to replace the stock grips on my ducati 848. The first thing I noticed about them were the diamonds. They are extremely grippy, the medium compound is not much softer than stock and about the same thickness as well but feels a bit softer and provides much much better grip. You will like these grips, believe me. ... show more
