I ordered this Remote Control Tractor Toys for Kids 3-5 for my grandson. My grandson generally prefers non-remote vehicles, but I thought he might enjoy playing with this tractor as he's always interested in tractors when we visit a nearby farm. I was really not prepared for how well this little toy works. I've ordered similarly inexpensive remote toys in the past, and they rarely work well when going over uneven surfaces. This tractor is different. We played with it in the backyard where there are some very uneven stepping stones, some grass, some gravel, and similar surfaces that many remote toys have trouble with. The tractor performed like a champ! Overall, it seems to be pretty sturdy. There is a hitch on the back that can be attached to a trailer, but it does not come with the trailer and I didn't see anything I had laying around that would attach. The tractor itself uses a rechargeable battery and the remote takes a pair of AAA batteries. My one complaint is that you cannot charge the tractor's battery without removing it from the tractor and then charging it via USB with the included cord. It would be far more convenient if the battery could be charged without removing it. I have to add that my grandson didn't get much of a chance to play with this tractor. First, he needed to pry the remove from my son's hands!

This product runs very well and younger children will enjoy it, especially those with an interest in agriculture. It drives well on smooth floors and carpet. It's not overly fast but it's not a race car, it's a tractor. If I had anything on which to ding it it would be the fact that it comes with a USB rechargeable battery, which is a great feature, but rather than having a port in the side of the tractor to plug it in, you need to remove the battery pack every time to plug it in. That being said it's a quality toy and it works well. I'm sure my grandson will have some fun with it.

Nothing pretentious about this RC toy. No gimmicks. Just a tractor with some headlights and a man to drive it. It's not a barn burner for sure. It's a tractor. It's speed is appropriate. The included farmer can stay in his seat or you can remove him for a storm trooper. The little hook on the back means all sisters toys can be drug around while laughing maniacally. It turns, reverses and lights up. The lights can be turned off if they're mesmerizing you. Be careful out there. It's a solid RC toy and I have zero problems with the way it performs. And on top of everything, it's a solid value at list price. I am recommending this toy. It's just about perfect.

This tractor is pretty easy and fun to drive around. I got it to mess with my dogs, and they had fun following it around the house and barking at it. If buying it for a little kid, be cautious of the farmer figure. His arms articulate at the shoulders and if they break off could pose a choking hazard. Where I mark this down is in the charging system. This will require an adult to assist in recharging the battery, and the battery in the tractor itself only lasts about 30-45 minutes before loosing motor torque and it having a hard time moving across the floor. To recharge the battery, you have to unscrew a screw holding the battery cover, unplug the battery and remove it and then hook it up to the included USB charger. Given how often the battery needs charged, it would be much better to have a way to leave the battery in the tractor and plug in the charger from the outside. As another note, I did need to provide my own set of two AAA cells for the controller. None were included. In the end, its not a bad toy, but keep in mind the few annoyances I found, especially if you were hoping to occupy a kid for a couple hours at a time with it.

The little farmer has a hole in his lower back, and that's the only thing holding him to the seat. He's gonna get lost. Needs two AAA batteries(not included) for the remote, and there's a charge battery for the tractor. I recommend unplugging the battery once the red light goes off or the battery can go dead from overcharging, happened with a similar RC toy.
