Love Rekucci shorts and this skirt. On the plus side it fits well and stays down. Beautiful burgundy color. If there’s a negative the fabric is a little heavy. Good for tummy support! PS Keep it out of a hot dryer!

It's a true curve-hugging pencil skirt, but NOT one of those tight "bodycon" things. The fabric is thinner than a ponte knit, but substantial, so it holds its shape and smooths over lumps. Stretchy, and completely comfortable for walking and sitting. It clings to your butt, as another reviewer pointed out, but the slim silhouette made me look ten pounds lighter, instead of bunching up or flaring out. At first, I ordered the shorter Rekucci skirt, but it was a bit short for the office (I'm 5'5"). This one is right above the knee, as pictured. The fabric is of good durable quality and owing to its stretch, is form flattering- The only issue I have is that despite my rectangular body type, the waist is cut a bit to wide.. Nevertheless, I’ve purchased many of these skirts in different colors and do recommend them.. I’m 5”4 and weigh 160- and just about to hit 60..The large sits nicely, once I roll the waist band up one..and it’s not at all snug-I’ve also purchased the medium size which fits well but is a bit more form hugging..and so a bit too “showy” for someone my age- All and all, I highly recommend- ... show more

Love the fabric and stretch. It's well-made, substantial. This patterned skirt, in XL was much too large. Returned it. Ordered 2 more (solid colors) in size L and could barely pull them over my hips. I am 5’5”, 130 lb, size 10/12 in pants, with a waist line that can vary as much as 3” from day to day, which makes finding professional clothing REALLY difficult. I’m very pleased with the skirt, though. The fabric has more weight and less sheen to it than most stretchy skirts, so it doesn’t scream “spandex SE Asian import from Walmart.” Also, the pattern is actually woven into the fabric, not just printed on top. Hits just below the knee and fits closely, but not too tight for my conservative office.
