This pair of glasses does exactly what it's suppose to. I find it to filter blue light extremely well and it does help me fall asleep at night faster since that's when I do most of my gaming. However, there are some thing that I'm not a big fan of. The first thing is that it seems to pick up dust at a very fast rate. I find myself needing to wipe these glasses often and that can get annoying. Secondly, i didn't notice this when I was checking out this product but the nose cushion is very prominent. They stick out a lot and personally I'm not a big fan of that. I think it makes it look a lot less sleek but if that doesn't bother you, it should be a decent pickup. For the price it cost, the value is really good and if you are looking to help your eyes out, you should consider buying this pair of glasses if none of the issues I mentioned above bother you. ... show more

I have to say I was quite skeptical to use purchase these glasses because I questioned how well they would actually work. Since I stare at a computer screen 8 to 10 hours a day 5 days a week, I had to try something. I was tired of constantly having headaches and coming home exhausted. I felt the difference the first day!! I out them on in the morning and when I went to lunch, I forgot to put them back on after. Within 40 minutes I had a headache and wondered why, I quickly realized I had forgotten so I put them on. About an hour and a half later my headache subsided and when I went home I wasn't nearly as exhausted. It's been several weeks and I consistently wear them and still have little fatigue if at all and no headaches...well at least not from the computer screen. They do not work on headaches induced by Co-workers. I am so glad I made this our have and look forward to the help they will be providing me. ... show more

The comfort of glasses is a major thing about them. The nose pad area are hard as rocks and should be more of a nice rubber against the nose this way it doesn't dig into your nose. I've cut my nose open wearing these but other than that they are very good they do what's advertised.
