We honestly do not use this carrier. It seemed like a nifty product but we just do not seem to have much occasion to use this. (Maybe we would if it was summertime). This carrier is uncomfortable for me but it doesn’t bother my husband too much. The bottom side of the seat puts pressure on the hip. Choose your area of discomfort (a sore hip, vs. arm + back). The seat holds the baby up easily and securely, but not behind their back so you really have to remember to hold on to your baby.
