The media could not be loaded. This 18% gray card is exactly what I needed! It’s incredibly compact and lightweight, fitting easily into my small camera bag without taking up valuable space. The material is noticeably thicker and more durable than many other cards—sturdy enough that I’m not worried about tears or crease fractures over time. It does tend to hold some wrinkles after folding, but it’s thick enough that it doesn’t impact its functionality or use. White balancing is still precise and reliable, which is what really matters. One note: the product images show two slightly different tones of gray, but the card I received is true 18% gray on one side and white on the other. It doesn’t affect performance at all, just something to be aware of if you’re expecting two different shades of gray. The built-in focus point marking is a helpful bonus feature—it’s a small detail that makes framing and setting up your calibration shots even quicker and more accurate. It also comes with a storage pouch, which is a really nice touch for keeping it protected when traveling or tossing it into your camera bag. The pouch does feel a little on the thinner side, and I wonder if it might wear out over time, but so far it’s doing the job just fine and it’s better than having no storage solution at all. The overall build quality is excellent, with an anti-deformation design that feels built to last. Setup and teardown are fast and effortless. While color options don’t apply here (since you’re specifically looking for an 18% gray card), the color accuracy is spot-on for consistent and professional white balance and exposure corrections. This foldable double-sided white balance grey card is a super practical tool to have in your kit. It folds down to a very compact size, easy to tuck into any camera bag or even your pocket. When unfolded, it’s large enough to be useful beyond just tabletop setups or close-ups. I’ve used it comfortably in medium and even full shots without needing to zoom in or crop just to sample the grey for white balance. As expected with foldable fabric cards, it does get wrinkled. That’s easily managed by slightly defocusing the image during the white balance step, assuming you’re in manual focus as you should be in professional settings. The surface appears neutral with no visible color cast, which is a good sign. Where this card falls short is in its grey level accuracy. Compared to my trusted Sekonic grey card and another brand I’ve used for years, this one is clearly much darker. It is not a true 18 percent grey and is probably about twice as dark. Because of that, it should not be used for exposure or light level calibration in post. If your main concern is white balance, this card gets the job done. Just don’t rely on it for anything beyond that.

The idea of this foldable grey card is a good one. Compared to the little plastic cards grey cards that are too small at any distance, the large size of this one along with its ability to fold to a compact size is very handy! For around $11 at time of review, this would get a 5 star rating for its value. However, there is one big issue that reduces its usefulness and that's the wrinkles. For post-shoot processing of images, it isn't a big deal because you can zoom into a non-wrinkled area. Where they become a much larger problem is trying to get an accurate white balance manually in the camera. That's a deal killer when you need high accuracy of skin tones or for product photography. The thicker fabric makes this feel sturdy, but I'd rather have a better fabric that doesn't crease as badly as this one, even if it meant a shorter life span.

This little 18% grey card does exactly that. The card folds up small and fits into a jacket if you need. It white on one side and 18% grey on the other for great white balance and exposure control over your camera! This thing helps both on and off set! This also comes with a simple zipper case to carry it in should you need it! Use it to customize your white balance in the field, on set, while also using the 18% grey make sure you're balancing exposure correctly! This thing does what you need and is almost a must have for filmmakers and photographers. As a cinematographer, I need a grey and white card to properly balance levels in camera to make sure I'm exposing correctly! This little 30cm card I got is perfect. Bigger could be nice, but the 30cm works fantastically for both my assistants and myself! Only downside is that it comes a little wrinkled, but I'll let it sit out and maybe give it some time to settle or even lightly steam/iron it to flatten it out!

This is a must have for photography, and recording videos. It is well made, durable, and creates the perfect white balance. The only downside is folding it back. It's hard to fit in the pouch, but it does exactly as described.

This is a nice 18% grey card, and for under $12, it’s a good value. It folds up easily and fits into any camera bag without taking up much space. I took off one star because it arrived very wrinkled, and once folded, it tends to hold those creases, which can be tough to smooth out. I’m also not entirely confident in the color accuracy—it appears slightly darker compared to some of my more expensive grey cards. It works well for white balance and quick reference in the field, but I’d be cautious using it for exposure. Still, it’s a solid, budget-friendly option you can throw in your camera bag and use when needed.
