I waited a few days to write this review and I can say I am very pleased w/ this sunshade! Excellent value for the money. Straight forward install w/ excellent fit and finish. It looks like it belongs there and It really cuts down on the heat buildup in the cabin. I appreciate the extra clips they include as there’s always a possibility of misplacing or damaging one. Florida heat is brutal but this product has really made a difference.

First off, the fit is so snug it might as well have been born in my Model Y’s glass roof. No gaps, no sagging, just a sleek, OEM-looking shade that screams “I’m here to block 99% of UV rays and make your cabin feel like a chilled wine cellar.” The nano-ice crystal material with that silver dot coating? Pure wizardry. I parked in the California sun (99°F outside), and the interior dropped from a toasty 151°F to a bearable 102°F—math says that’s a 32% reduction, and my sweaty forehead agrees. Installation was a breeze, like assembling a LEGO set for toddlers. Clips in, shade up, done in 15 minutes flat, and it folds into its little storage bag faster than I can misplace my keys. The gray matches my interior so well, it’s like Tesla forgot to install it at the factory. But here’s the kicker: it rattles. I ordered this product due to feeling the sun beating down on my face on those super sunny days. The factory tint on the Model 3 Highland isn’t bad, it’s pretty dark and has great ratings for UV protection. But, it still gets hot on sunny days. This shade was very easy to install, the front shade only requiring 4 clips. I only put the front shade on for now, because I like the whole rear glass to be open for visibility. When I first put the shade in, I was slightly concerned about a ripple/wrinkle in the fabric. After sitting in the hot car all day, the wrinkles are gone. The fit is pretty good, feels secure. Only a tiny bit of light leak around some of the edges, but I’m not worried about it. I almost bought a shade that was twice as expensive as this one but I’m glad I didn’t. This definitely isn’t a blackout shade, but it does block a lot of the sun from coming in. Decently matches the interior color and looks nice to me. I’ll have to post an update as I use it more to see if I can tell a big difference in feeling heat on my face while driving. But for what it is, you absolutely can’t beat the price. Update: after having this shade for a couple of months I love it. I took it out on a sunny day and I could tell a big difference with how much heat was hitting my face, until I put the shade back in and my head/face was much cooler.
