To be honest, the scents smelled a lot better than I initially expected—they have a refined, high-end quality to them rather than a synthetic chemical smell. The Scent Profile The fragrances lean toward a sophisticated cologne-like aroma, which makes the home feel polished and clean. While all the options were pleasant, our absolute favorites were: • Ocean Breeze: Very crisp and refreshing. • Citrus: Bright and energizing without being overpowering. We specifically use these when we have guests over. Since we live in a townhouse, we need a scent that carries well through open spaces without becoming cloying. This diffuser strikes the perfect balance—it fills the room enough to notice the "luxury hotel" vibe, but remains subtle in the background. I ordered this six-pack of variety diffusers to add a little fragrance to different spots around my home, like the bathroom and my office. The set comes with a nice selection of scents, from floral and vanilla to cleaner, fresh options. The glass bottles look quite nice on a shelf and don't take up much space. However, I’ve noticed that the scent is very subtle. To really get any noticeable fragrance in the air, I have to make sure to flip the wooden sticks upside down every couple of days. If I forget to do that, the smell seems to disappear almost completely. It’s a great value since you get so many in one box, but just keep in mind that they work best in smaller areas and definitely require that extra step of regularly turning the reeds to keep the room smelling fresh. Also keep in mind these can easily be spilled so you will want to keep them out of reach of children and pets.

I am disappointed with this set. The fragrances are not nearly as strong as I expected. I had the citrus bottle with 5 reeds in my tiny bathroom for weeks and could only smell it if I held the bottle to my nose. Even dousing my sink with it as I poured it out didn't help. Meanwhile, the gardenia scent was doing a little better in a different bathroom. Not good for large spaces, or even small ones.

These are great sized for a small bathroom or a small area. And, they smell pretty good close up. But, I’ve had one in our very very small bathroom and you cannot smell it whatsoever. Not even a little bit. So, although they smell good up close to your nose, they do not add any scent to the actual room they are in and our bathroom is extremely tiny.
