These do not run small in my opinion as I’ve seen on other reviews. I ordered these in my regular shoe size and they are true to size. They are also not narrow. They are regular width. I can wiggle my toes. They are flexible and I intend to use them for crossfit training. Minus 1 star ⭐️ because the left shoe has a bend in the upper material maybe from how it’s packaged and it annoys my foot a bit. I don’t know if it’ll go away with time. The right shoe is very comfy and doesn’t have that crinkle. I also wear shoes by brands such as new balance, adidas, Nike, Newton, brooks.... I’m the same size across all of them and also same size in non fitness wear shoes - heels, flip flops, sandals etc ....so I do mean it when I say they are true to size. ... show more

    • Lightweight but a bit quirky

Pros: lightweight and don’t bother my plantar fasciitis. They fit true to size lengthwise. Cons: Shoe has high heel pully thingy in back that really rubs the achilles to the point of blisters. It’s been nearly 2 weeks and those blisters have become callused enough that I can wear the shoes okay now. They are narrow and scrunch my feet a bit across the top part of the ball of my feet area - I didn’t notice at first when I tried them on in the house, but after wearing on my walks up and down hills, I can definitely feel it now. I will get used to them, but I probably would have returned had I not already worn outside and scuffed the bottom. ... show more

Bought these to lift/workout in and got several compliments. The bottoms are flat so they were nice to lift in. My only qualm that took some getting used to is that the back part of the shoe sits really high so they gave me God awful blisters and the tongue is stiff at first but after about two weeks of wearing them, they soften out. ... show more

I've bought Reebok sneakers before so I knew to go up 1/2 size. I usually wear 8 1/2 in shoe but ordered these in size 9 and they fit perfectly! Comfortable, good support!

    • Uncomfortable - unless you have wide feet look elsewhere

I’d only recommend these for someone with a wide foot and honestly only if you’re interested in super a stiff shoe. Sizing: I am a standard 8 and sized up a half-size after reading other review. The length was fine but too roomy for me in the toe box, which makes the shoe feel heavy compared a shoe with a true to size fit. Tread, Sole & Cushioning: The tread on the bottom has no grip so I was sliding around doing simple planks, down-dogs, etc. The soles are also stiff and the plastic covering on top around the middle of the fit - makes it difficult to naturally roll through the foot to do exercises like calf raises. I also got blisters from the stiff heel, so longer socks only. I did appreciate the level of support. Not too much cushioning but structured to feel support. Right balance so that I could feel my feet grip the floor during strength moves but protected my knees from high impact moves. Maybe with more break-in time and if I was interested in having multiple pairs of gym shoes but after 2 workouts and wearing around the house for a week before the gym - I wish I could return. ... show more

I wanted to love these sneakers Because they’re so cute but they were so tight across the top I couldn’t even stand. I wear an 8.5 and don’t normally require wide shoes but these were super tight even after loosening the laces.

I needed new shoes for lifting, and was definitely not interested in paying over $100 for No BULLs or Metcons. This was perfect for my budget well under $70. I had to break them in though, the back of the shoe gave me blisters for the first 2+ weeks I wore them(not anymore). I gave it a 4 star because the shoe laces come undone in the middle of my workouts so annoying when you're working against the clock, but doing a double tie is helping a bit. Overall, I would buy again because of support, price, aesthetics, and comfort after the 2 week torture lol. I get a lot of compliments on the color too! ... show more
